I am an early bird, a lover of color, and a glass-half-full type of person. I'm also an interdisciplinary artist from Hawai'i who draws upon observation, reflection, and exploration to nourish my creativity. Valuing the power of community and the endless potential of art Life led me to obtain a Bachelors degree in Visual and Public Art from California State University, Monterey Bay.
Growing up with my feet in the same grounds as my ancestors created an unbreakable bond between me and the earth, this became the strong foundation and a source of inspiration for me as I became an artist. I aim to combine my interest in the natural world with my drawing, painting, and mixed media skills to create a meeting place for both environmental education and visual communication. It is my dearest hope that what I create inspires you, the viewer, but more importantly peaks your interest to the point of learning more, taking positive action, or keeping the conversation going.
